By downloading, accessing, or using the Design and Installation manuals for the SIPpro™ Rapid Construction System (hereinafter referred to as “the System”), the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms). The System including but not limited to all designs, manuals, documentation, components, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of SIPSOLUTIONS Limited. The System is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. The user agrees that the intellectual property rights in the system are the property of SIPSOLUTIONS Limited. The user agrees that the system can only be used in connection with the design, engineering, supply and installation of SIPpro™ products. The user agrees they cannot use the system for the design or specification of substantially similar products. The user agrees SIPSOLUTIONS Limited reserves the right to take action to address any use of the system in violation of these terms.
